Jana Scholten should be in a wheelchair by now!
In March of 2000, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) and was told she would be disabled within ten years. After trying MS drugs for several years with no success, she then decided to take her life by the bullhorn, and became a vegan triathlete, a meditation guru and visualized her way into true health.
Jana’s journey to real authentic health began when she realized undue stress was the trigger for her MS diagnosis.
This led to a profound awareness with her mindset and lifestyle. She began by loving and being in gratitude for her life and disease, forgiving past transgressions in relationships and family, taking on deep meditation and visualization techniques, staying vigilant as a triathlete and discovering healthy supplements in support of her new lifestyle.
JOURNEY
Today she is in benign status with MS, drug free, symptom free and a healthy endurance athlete.
Her journey inspired her to write her Amazon best-selling book Enchanted Wellness – How to go from hating disease to loving it! Her healing journey and passion for health and fitness also motivated her to create a program for others newly diagnosed with MS and autoimmune disease so everyone may experience “Enchanted Wellness!”
